These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on the Maison Alia website, operated by Interior Edit S.A.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Monaco, and apply to any order placed by a customer. Maison Alia products are sold online by Interior Edit S.A.R.L., a company registered in Monaco (RCI 21S08819, VAT FR61000156348), under the laws of Monaco.
Orders & Purchases
Eligibility & Cancellation
Sales are for consumers only, with a 14-day cancellation right. Delivery, returns, exchanges, and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Orders
Orders become binding once dispatched after payment. The company may refuse orders and reserves the right to update these terms or product availability without notice.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices shown include VAT for EU countries but exclude taxes and import duties for others. For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination country.
