The Season Starts on the Water

There is a
particular quality to June in Monaco. The engines have quieted. The yachts stay a little longer. What follows the Grand Prix spectacle is something slower and more considered, and the table is always part of it.

Summer in the principality is not a beginning. It is a continuation of something that was already in motion, a rhythm that moves from the track to the port, from the port to the water, and from the water to a long lunch that nobody is in a hurry to end.

This is where we think about what the table looks like. What the towels feel like when you step off the water. What it means to have a home that is ready, really ready, for the season.

Linens for the water

Our Yellow Striped Fish placemats were not designed for a dining room. They were designed for exactly this: sun on the deck, salt in the air, something good on the plate. The stripe is graphic and clean. The fish are hand-embroidered, one by one, by the artisans in our Tuscan atelier. Set them on teak and the combination is perfect. No tablecloth needed.

For a yacht table, proportion matters. Our placemats work because they hold the setting without overwhelming it. The cloth underneath is unnecessary. The placemat is the statement.

Bespoke bath for summer

A good towel is different in summer. It earns its place differently. After the sea, after the pool, after a long day where the skin has taken in salt and sun, what you reach for has to be right.

Our bath collection is made in Tuscany, from linen and cotton that improves with every wash. We embroider each piece with the initials, the family monogram, or the name of the yacht. This is what bespoke means here: not a logo, not a label, but a detail that belongs only to you.

A yacht that has personalized bath linens is a different kind of yacht. Not more expensive. Just more considered.

The season deserves preparation

June 15th. The Monaco Grand Prix has passed. The Côte d'Azur is fully open. If you have been waiting to prepare the summer house, the boat, the table, this is the moment.

Our lead time for bespoke pieces is typically four to six weeks. That puts a July delivery well within reach. Everything from the table linens to the bath collection can be designed together, in the same palette, with the same monogram, so that when the season arrives properly, everything is already in place.

This is what we do. Not just beautiful objects. A version of summer that was prepared with care, before the guests arrived.
